Refund policy

Coaching & Mentorship
All payments for coaching and mentorship programs, including monthly memberships, one-on-one sessions, and session bundles, are non-refundable.

Monthly memberships: You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future monthly charges. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you paid for.

One-on-one sessions and bundles: Sessions must be scheduled and used within the time frame stated on the program you purchased. Unused sessions do not carry over and are not refunded.

E-Books & Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered instantly, so all e-book and digital download purchases are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your download, email us and we'll make it right.

Paperback Books
Our paperbacks are printed on demand. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement. We do not accept returns for other reasons.
