Cancellation policy

Monthly Coaching Memberships
Our Monthly Group Coaching and Monthly Coaching + 1:1 Mentorship programs are recurring memberships. When you enroll, you agree to be charged the membership price shown at checkout on the same day each month until you cancel.

How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime. Log in to your account at withtruthinlove.com, go to your subscriptions, and select Cancel. You can also email info@withtruthinlove.com with your name and order number, and we will cancel it for you. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date.

What Happens When You Cancel
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your membership, including access to live sessions and the Student Dashboard, stays active through the end of the month you already paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable and are not prorated.

Price Changes
If the membership price changes, we will email you before the new price applies to your next charge. You can cancel before then if you do not wish to continue.

Failed Payments
If a monthly payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry the charge. Access may be paused until payment is updated.
